IMPLEMENTATION OF CSR PROGRAM

TOTAL’s real contribution to the implementation of the CSR programs is directly focused on the development of local community development, including our employees and their families in terms of health, religious activities, and environmental management. In addition, we certainly need to be responsive towards disaster-like conditions such as natural disasters and other calamities in the community.

The implementation of CSR programs covers the following scope:

• To raise social awareness and contribute to the society development and empowerment, particularly those living nearby the operational site and supporting office.
• The Company’s corporate social responsibility is integral with the Company’s vision to deliver added value for all the stakeholders for the purpose of creating good synergy to move and develop together.
• The Company has legal, social, moral and ethical obligation and responsibility to uphold the interest of nearby society, considering that the Company’s success is closely linked to its harmonious and dynamic relationship, including mutual cooperation with them.
• The implementation of such programs is stated in the Company’s annual report.

TOTAL has implemented CSR programs in the vicinity of project site and head office. The implementation of CSR activity in TOTAL’s head office was carried out through fogging activities, blood donation and scholarship programs. While CSR activity near the project site includes program in environmental, health care and religious activity aspects.
