• Accepting Design and build work in a number of projects, principally from repeated customers desiring integrated coordination with TOTAL, in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• Target Cost Project: assisting owner in achieving its target cost in his/her project within their budgets, implemented by: Value Engineering.
• Establishing specific projects by leveraging quality and pinpoint precision. The projects comprise industrial buildings, infrastructure of specific hospital, of which medical equipment contains radioactive substances.
